What services does Wantok Care provide?
Wantok Care currently presents three confirmed service areas: Disability Support, Transport Assistance and Gardening Assistance. The exact support available needs to be discussed and confirmed.
Can someone make an enquiry on my behalf?
Yes. A family member, carer, guardian, advocate or support coordinator may enquire or make a referral on your behalf. Wantok Care does not provide support coordination or capacity building.
Can I use my NDIS funding?
Whether you can use NDIS funding depends on your plan, your disability related support needs and the applicable NDIS rules. Contact us to discuss the service you need. Your plan manager or NDIS contact can help you understand your funding.
What should I include in an initial enquiry?
Share the service you are interested in, your general location and a brief description of the practical support you need. Please do not send diagnoses, NDIS numbers, plans or medical documents through an initial enquiry.
