Disability Support

Support for your everyday life.

We listen to what matters to you and discuss practical support that respects your routine, preferences and choices.

Support shaped around the conversation

Every person’s day looks different. We begin by understanding the parts of everyday life where support may be helpful and how you prefer that support to be provided.

The exact activities, timing and level of assistance need to be discussed and agreed before support begins. If your needs sit outside the services Wantok Care provides, we will be clear about that.

What we can discuss

The right support depends on your individual needs and what Wantok Care can safely provide.

  • Practical assistance with everyday routines
  • Support to take part in community activities
  • Support planned around your preferences and choices

What we will confirm with you

This is general disability support. Wantok Care does not offer personal care, medication assistance, nursing, behaviour support, supported independent living (SIL), support coordination, capacity building or specialist services.

  2. Step 2

    Discuss the details

We talk through the service and confirm whether Wantok Care may be able to help.

  3. Step 3

    Agree on next steps

If the service is suitable, the details can be confirmed with you before support starts.
